The President of the Republic proclaimed eight laws

President Lennart Meri today signed the resolution to proclaim the ''Patent Agent Act'', the ''Act Amending Section 10¹ of the National Stockpiles Act'', the ''European Convention on the Service Abroad of Documents Relating to Administrative Matters Ratification Act'', the ''Accession to the Antarctic Treaty Act'', the ''Accession to the Convention on the Civil Aspects of International Child Abduction Act'', and the ''European Convention on the International Validity of Criminal Judgments Ratification Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on February 21.

The President of the Republic also proclaimed the ''Act Amending Sections 10, 15 and 18 of the Value Added Tax Act'', and the ''Act Amending Section 29 of the Privatisation Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on March 6.
