President of the Republic proclaimed nine laws

President Lennart Meri yesterday signed the resolution to proclaim the ''Equipment Power Efficiency Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on October 17, as well as the ''Act Amending Money Laundering Prevention Act, Taxation Act, the Criminal Code, the Code of Criminal Procedures, and Code of Administrative Offences'', and the ''Civil Law Convention on Corruption Ratification Act'', and ''Convention Abolishing the Requirement of Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents Ratification Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on October 18, and the ''Public Procurements Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on October 19.

The President also proclaimed the ''Amending Protocols to the Convention on International Civil Aviation and Protocol Ratification Act''; passed in the Riigikogu on October 24, and ''Customs Tariffs Act Amendment Act'', the ''Act Amending the Social Tax Act and the Republic of Estonia Health Insurance Act'' and the ''Accession to the International Plant Protection Convention Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on October 25.
