President of the Republic, who is on a working visit in the Viru County today, congratulated by phone the judoka Alexei Budolin, who had won the bronze medal on Sydney Olympics.

''My heartfelt congratulations to you! Estonia is very proud of you. Estonia's first medal is like a seed that could bring us the next medal,'' the President said when congratulating the winner.
