President of the Republic appointed a new Ambassador to the Republic of Lithuania

President Lennart Meri signed the resolution to appoint Rein Oidekivi the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Estonia to the Republic of Lithuania in Kadriorg today.

By his resolution, the President recalled the former Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Estonia to the Republic of Lithuania Alar Olljum, as well as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Estonia to the Republic of Poland, the Republic of Bulgaria and the Republic of Romania Peeter Reštšinski, and the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Estonia to Japan Mark Sinisoo.
