Estonian President promulgates four laws

President Lennart Meri today promulgated the Law of the Flag and Ship Registers Act and the European Energy Charter Treaty and Protocol Ratification Act, passed in the Riigikogu on 11 February, the Act Amending § 509 of the Commercial Code, passed on 17 February, and the Act Amending the Natural Objects Under Conservation Act, passed on 19 February.
