Estonian President promulgates four laws

President Lennart Meri today promulgated the ''Amendment Act to § 26 of the Income Tax Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on 25 February, and the ''Amendment Act to the Income Tax Act'', passed on 26 February, as well as two further Acts passed on 25 February: the ''Amendment Act to the Fire and Rescue Service Act'' and the ''Amendment Act to the Local Government Council Election Act, the Local Government Organization Act and the Government of the Republic Act''.
