President Lennart Meri had a meeting with Prime Minister Mart Laar at Kadriorg today. The Prime Minister delivered to the Head of State the proposal to release from office Mihkel Pärnoja, the Minister of Economy.

According to the Constitution, the President of the Republic has to make the decision within three days.
