President of the Republic had a meeting with Jüri Pihl, the National Security Police Commissioner, today at Kadriorg. President discussed the suspicions presented in the press with respect to the former Co-ordination Director Eerik-Niiles Kross that discredit both the interests of the security of Estonia and a state official.
President of the Republic notified the National Security Police Commissioner that Eerik-Niiles Kross has promised to co-operate with the Security Police in every way concerning the security check to be performed with respect to him.
