The President of the Republic appointed the Estonian Ambassador to Andorra
12.03.2001President Lennart Meri signed the resolution to appoint Ruth Lausma Luik the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Estonia to the Principality of Andorra, with residence in Paris, in Kadriorg today.
