President Lennart Meri signed the resolution to proclaim the following laws in Kadriorg today: the ''Act Amending the Law of Property Act and the Business Code to Define the Concept of Farm'', passed in the Riigikogu on March 13, and the ''International Convention on Arrest of Ships Ratification Act'' and the ''Act Amending the Law on Maritime Property Act and the Code of Civil Procedure for the Application of International Convention on Arrest of Ships'', and the ''Act Amending the Organisation of Research and Development Activities Act and the Estonian Academy of Sciences Act'', and the ''State Fees Act Amendment Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on March 14.

The President proclaimed also the ''Public Procurement Act Amendment Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on March 21, and the ''Act Amending Section 224 of the Service in the Defence Forces Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on March 22.
