In Kadriorg today, President Lennart Meri signed the resolution to proclaim the ''Free Trade Agreement between the Republic of Estonia and the Republic of Hungary Ratification Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on January 17, and the ''Act Amending the Code of Administrative Offences and the Taxation Act'', the ''Act Amending the Riigi Teataja Act and the Databases Act'', and the ''Working and Rest Time Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on January 24.
