President Lennart Meri signed the resolution to proclaim the ''Act Repealing Subsection 3 of Section 33 of Vocational Educational Institutions Act'' and the ''Code of Administrative Offences and Alcohol Act Amendment Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on February 6, and the ''Public Transport Act Amendment Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on February 7, as well as the ''Fishing Act Amendment Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on February 8, in Kadriorg today.
