President Lennart Meri signed in Kadriorg today the resolution to proclaim the ''Value Added Tax Act Amendment Act'', the ''Act Amending the Aliens Act, the Refugees Act, the Obligation to Leave and Prohibition on Entry Act and the Identity Documents Act'', the ''Bailiff Act'', the ''Certified Interpreter or Translator Act'', the ''Act Amending the Universities Act and the Tartu University Act'', as well as the ''Act Amending the Waste Act and the State Fees Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on January 17, 2001.
