At Kadriorg today, President Lennart Meri signed the resolution to proclaim the ''Public Information Act'', the ''Act Amending the Land Cadastre Act and the Acts Related thereto'', the ''Motor Vehicle Excise Tax Act Amendment Act'', the ''Privatisation Proceeds Utilisation Act Amendment Act'', the ''Apartment Ownership Act'', the ''Tourism Act'', and the ''Act Amending Sections 3, 4, and 24 of the Customs Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on November 15.

The President also proclaimed the ''Code of Administrative Offences Amendment Act'' and the ''Riigikogu Rules of Procedure Act Amendment Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on November 16, and the ''Act Amending the Main School and Secondary School Act, the Private School Act, the Pre-School Child Care Institutions Act, the Republic of Estonia Education Act and the State Fees Act'', and the ''Readiness for Emergencies Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on November 22, as well as the ''Land Tax Act Amendment Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on November 23.
