President Lennart Meri today signed the resolution to proclaim the ''Act Amending the Code of Administrative Offences'', the ''Gardening Products Act'', and the ''Machinery Safety Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on November 8, as well as the ''Act Amending Section 22 of the Value Added Tax Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on November 14, and the ''Act Amending the Acts Related to Housing Reform'' and the ''Accesion to the 'Convention on Environmental Impact assessment in a Transboundary Context' Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on November 15, and the ''Feedingstuffs Act Amendment Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on November 22.
