President Lennart Meri today sent a letter of condolences to the Russian President Vladimir Putin in connection with the bomb explosion in Moscow yesterday. On behalf of the people of Estonia, President Lennart Meri extended his deep condolences to the injured and to the families of those who perished in the tragedy.
