Yesterday evening, President Lennart Meri met with the Deputy Secretary of State of the United States of America Strobe Talbott, who was in Tallinn to discuss fulfilment of the Partnership Charter made between Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and the United States of America on January 16, 1998.

President offered Strobe Talbott a dinner in Viimsi.
