Yesterday at Kadriorg President Lennart Meri signed the decision to appoint Tiit Naber as the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Estonia to the Republic of Azerbaijan, Georgia and Republic of Moldova, and the decision to re-call the current Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to the Republic of Azer-baijan, Georgia and Republic of Moldova Tiit Matsulevitš.
