President Lennart Meri today signed the resolution to proclaim the ''Act Amending Section 48 of the University Act'', the ''Act Amending the Code of Administrative Offences'', and the ''Alcohol Excise Tax Act Amendment Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on March 7.

The President also proclaimed the ''Broadcasting Act Amendment Act'', the ''Digital Signature Act'', the ''Council of Europe Convention on Laundering, Search, Seizure and Confiscation of the Proceeds from Crime Ratification Act'', also the ''Republic of Estonia Employment Contract Act'', the ''Employees' Trustee Act'', and the ''Act Amending the Public Service Act and the Individual Labour Dispute Resolution Act'' , passed in the Riigikogu on March 8.

The President also proclaimed the ''Convention of the Transboundary Effects of Industrial Accidents Ratification Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on March 9, and the ''Act Amending the Anti-Corruption Act, the Riigi Teataja Act, the Riigikogu Procedures Act and the Public Service Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on March 14.

The President also proclaimed the ''State Pension Insurance Act Amendment Act'', and the ''Act Amending the Old Age Pensions on Favourable Conditions Act and the Superannuated Pensions Act'', as well as the ''Accession to the International Convention for the Protection of New Varieties of Plants Act'', the ''Free Trade Agreement between the Republic of Estonia and the Republic of Poland Ratification Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on March 15, and the ''Aliens Act and Identity Documents Act Amendment Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on March 21.
