President of the Republic has this year awarded 168 decorations for services to the Republic of Estonia. Traditionally, the President will confer the I, II, and III Class Orders on the ceremony held in the Presidential Palace of Kadriorg at 16.00 on February 23.

The President will confer in Kadriorg also the IV Class Orders of the Cross of St. Mary's Land, the National Coat of Arms, the White Star, and the Estonian Red Cross to the chevaliers of these orders. This ceremony will in Kadriorg start at 13.00. The IV and V Class Orders of the Cross of the Eagle will be conferred on the chevaliers by the Acting Commander of the Defence Forces Colonel Märt Tiru on February 22.

The V Class Orders, as well as the Medals of the Decorations will be conferred on the chevaliers by the County Governors. The citizens of foreign countries, as well as the citizens of Estonia residing abroad, who have been decorated this year, but are unable to visit Estonia on February 23, will receive their decorations from the diplomatic representatives of the Republic of Estonia abroad.
