President Lennart Meri today signed the resolution to proclaim the ''Lottery Act Amendment Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on February 8 and the ''Ratification of the Guarantee Agreement between the Republic of Estonia and the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on February 9.
