President Lennart Meri signed in Kadriorg today the resolution to proclaim the ''State Budget Act Amendment Act'', ''Value Added Tax Act and Taxation Act Amendment Act'', ''Verification of Product's Conformity with Requirements Act'', ''Roads Act Amendment Act'', and ''Most-Favoured-Nation Regime Customs Tax Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on November 17, 1999.

The President also proclaimed the ''Taxation Act Amendment Act'', passed in The Riigikogu on November 18, and the ''Trade Marks Act Amendment Act'', and the ''Territory of Estonia Administrative Division Act Amendment Act'' and the ''State Fees Act Amendment Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on November 24, 1999.
