President Lennart Meri signed the resolution to proclaim the ''State Pension Insurance Act, Social Tax Act and State Allowances Act Amendment Act'', the ''Act Amending Sections 23 and 591 and Subsection 2 of Section 67 of the Prosecutor's Office Act'', the ''Land Tax Act, Land Reform Act and Legal Acts Related to Land Reform Act Amendment Act Amendment Act'', the ''Use of Privatisation Proceeds Act Amendment Act'', and the ''Act Amending the Government of the Republic Act and the Legal Acts Related Thereto'', as well as the ''Continuation of the Claim for Return of the Unlawfully Expropriated Property in Ida-Petserimaa and in Virumaa to the East of the Narva River Act Amendment Act'', the ''State Public Servants Official Titles and Salary Scale Act Amendment Act'', and the ''Act Amending Section 28 of State Compensation for Victims of Criminal Offences Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on December 8, in Kadriorg today.

The President also proclaimed today the ''Act Amending Copyright Act and the Legal Acts Related Thereto'', the ''Accession to the International Convention for the Protection of Performers, Producers of Phonograms and Broadcasting Organisations Act'', and the ''Accession to the International Convention for the Protection of Producers of Phonograms from Illegal Distribution Act'', as well as the ''The European Convention on Transfrontier Television and its Amending Protocol Ratification Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on December 9.

The President also proclaimed today the ''Health Care Administration Act Amendment Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on December 14, and the ''Government of the Republic Act, Code of Enforcement Procedure, Code of Criminal Procedure, and Surveillance Act Amendment Act'', the ''Act Amending Subsection 3 of Section 98 of the Code of Administrative Court Procedure'', and the ''Republic of Estonia Principles of Ownership Reform Act Amendment Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on December 15, as well as the ''State Fees Act, Veterinary Activities Organisation Act, Infectious Animal Disease Control Act, and Feedingstuffs Act Amendment Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on December 16.
