President Lennart Meri signed in Kadriorg today the resolution to proclaim the ''Act Amending Sections 31 and 32 of the Obligation to Leave and Prohibition on Entry Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on October 26, the ''Act Amending the Tobacco Excise Duty Act and Declaring the Invalidity of the Revenue Stamps Act'', ''Patent Act Amendment Act'', ''Accession to the Hague Convention on the Law Applicable to Maintenance Obligations, done on the 2nd of October 1973 Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on October 27, and the ''Act Amending the Act Amending the Land Reform Act and the Legal Acts Related to Land Reform'', passed in the Riigikogu on October 28.
