President Lennart Meri today signed the resolution to proclaim ''Social Benefits for the Disabled Persons Act Amendment Act'', ''Public Health Act and Radiation Act Amendment Act'', ''Act Amending Section 20 of the Ports Act'', ''Act Amending Sections 2 and 6 of the Social Tax Act'', ''Competition Act Amendment Act'', and the ''Law of Succession Act Amendment Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on November 10.

The President also proclaimed the ''Act Amending Subsection 3 of Section 6 of the Aliens Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on November 17, and the ''Determination of Number and Membership of Courts and Number of County and City Court Lay Judges Act of the Republic of Estonia Amendment Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on November 24.
