President of the Republic sent his congratulations to the presentation of ''Eesti keele sõnaraamat ÕS 1999'' (The Estonian Language Dictionary 1999) today. The President greeted the authors of the dictionary, which is a very good one, as the President said. As President Lennart Meri said, there could also be a small dictionary of the same kind for the schoolchildren.
