President of the Republic today signed the resolution to proclaim ten laws: the ''Custom Tariffs Act Amendment Act'', ''The Act Amending the Child Support Act and Acts Related Thereto'', ''The Protocol between the Government of the Republic of Estonia, the Government of the Republic of Latvia, and The Government of the Republic of Lithuania ''Baltic Defence College and its Staff'' Ratification Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on October 13, the ''Forest Act Amendment Act'', the ''Act Amending Clause 35 Section 18 of the Republic of Estonia Principles of Ownership Reform Act'', passed on October 14, the ''State Secrets Act Amendment Act'', the ''Product Safety Act Amendment Act'', and the ''International Convention on the Harmonisation of Regulations on Privileged Maritime Debts and Ship Mortgages Denunciation Act'', passed by the Riigikogu on October 20, and the ''Non-Residential Privatisation Act Amendment Act'', and the ''Assessment of Customs Value Act Amendment Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on October 21.
