President Lennart Meri signed the resolution to confer the diplomatic rank of Ambassador to Raul Mälk, the Ambassador of the Republic of Estonia to the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, in accordance with Clause 15, Section 78 of the Constitution and Section 11 of the Foreign Service Act yesterday, on August 16.
