President Lennart Meri today signed the resolution to recall Sulev Kannike, the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Estonia, the permanent representative at the Organisation for Security and Co-operation in Europe; the President also signed the resolution to appoint Sulev Kannike the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Estonia, permanent representative at the North Atlantic Treaty Organisation.
