Today, President Lennart Meri signed the resolution to declare the Act to Prohibit Development, Production, Procurement and Usage of Chemical Weapons and Ratification of the Convention on Destruction of Chemical Weapons, the Act to Ratify the Protocol Concerning Prohibition of Use of Suffocating, Poisonous or Similar Gases in War Amendment Act, and the Chemicals Act Amendment Act, all passed in Riigikogu on April 28.
