Congratulations sent to President Lennart Meri on the occasion of his birthday will be on display in the National Library from today up to May 8, 1999.

On his birthday, President of the Republic received many congratulations from Estonia and all over the world, also from many foreign Heads of State. Also many Estonian schools and kindergartens sent their congratulations to the President, and the cards and drawings off the children give especial charm to the exhibition. The exhibition in the National Library displays most of the cards received by the President.
