President Lennart Meri today signed the resolution to promulgate Credit Institutions Act and Savings and Loan Associations Act passed in the Riigikogu on February 9, 1999; and Basic and Secondary School Act Amendment Act, Alcohol Act, Auditing Act, Pollution Dues Act, Public Waterworks and Sewerage Act and Cable Communications Act, passed in the Riigikogu on February 10, 1999.

The President also promulgated Code of Administrative Offences Amendment Act and Identity Documents Act, passed in the Riigikogu on February 15, and The Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Estonia, the Government of the Republic of Latvia and the Government of the Republic of Lithuania concerning the Baltic Defence College Ratification Act and Health Care Administration Act Amendment Act, passed in the Riigikogu on February 16, 1999.

The President also promulgated today Use of Privatisation Proceeds Act Amendment Act, Waste Act Amendment Act, The Act Amending Legal Acts Related to the Compensation of Unlawfully Expropriated Property, and Commercial Code, the Non-Profit Associations Act and the State Fees Act Amendment Act, and Land Reform Act Amendment Act, passed in the Riigikogu on February 17, 1999.
