President Lennart Meri promulgated yesterday, on March 9, “Aviation Act” passed in the Riigikogu on February 17, 1999, “The Agreement on the Baltic Common Transit Procedure between the Government of the Republic of Estonia, the Government of the Republic of Latvia and the Government of the Republic of Lithuania Ratification Act”, “The Act Amending Subsection 1 of Section 11 of Land Tax Act”, “The Act Amending Section 30 of the Riigikogu Procedure Act”, “Income Tax Act Amendment Act”, two “State Fees Act Amendment Acts” passed in the Riigikogu on February 17, “The Act Amending Legal Acts Related to Housing Reform”, and “Law of Property Act, Law of Property Implementation Act, Land Register Act and Code of Enforcement Procedure, Planning and Building Act, State Fees Act, Notary Fees Act and the Republic of Estonia Bankruptcy Act Amendment Act Amendment Act”, also passed in the Riigikogu on February 17, 1999.

The President also promulgated the “Pre-School Child Care Institutions Act”, “Advertising Act Amendment Act”, “Insurance Act Amendment Act”, and “The Act Amending Sections 7 and 221 of Land Reform Act”, passed in the Riigikogu on February 18, 1999.

The President also promulgated yesterday “The Government of the Republic Act Amendment Act”, passed in the Riigikogu on February 22, 1999.
