President Lennart Meri signed the resolution to recall Aino Lepik von Wirén, who had been appointed the Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Estonia to the European Council, as Mrs. Wirén has now been appointed the State Secretary of the Republic of Estonia.
