President Lennart Meri today promulgated the Republic of Estonia Act on Arbitral Tribunal of Estonian Chamber of Commerce and Industry, passed in the Riigikogu on February 10, and the Code of Enforcement Procedure and the Value Added Tax Amendment Act, passed in the Riigikogu on February 11.
