President Lennart Meri promulgated the State Budget 1999 Act; and also the Payment of State Compensation to Victims of Crime Act; and the Act Amending the Criminal Code, the Criminal Procedures Code and the Code of Administrative Offences; and the Metrology Act Amendment Act; and the Public Service Act Amendment Act, yesterday, on January 5, 1999.
