Tõnis Palts, the new Mayor of Tallinn, presented himself to the President of the Republic today. On the meeting, President Meri and the Mayor Tõnis Palts discussed the opportunities for the future integral development of Tallinn, as well as the factors influencing the Tallinners' attitude towards their city.
