President Lennart Meri signed the resolution to proclaim the ''Act Amending the Code of Criminal Procedure and the Code of Administrative Offences'' and the ''Competition Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on June 5, in Kadriorg today. The President also proclaimed the ''Act Preventing the Import and Export of Goods Violating Intellectual Property'' and the ''Act Amending the Acts Related to the Act Preventing the Import and Export of Goods Violating Intellectual Property'', and the ''Act Amending the Business Code, the Bankruptcy Act and the Acts related Thereto'', the ''Environment Surveillance Act'', the ''Convention on Access to Information, Public Participation in Decision-Making and Access to Justice in Environmental Matters Ratification Act'', and the ''Decision III/1 – Amendment to the ''Basel Convention on the Control of Transboundary Movements of Hazardous Waste and Their Disposal'' Adopted by the Third Meeting of the Conference of the Parties Ratification Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on June 6.

The President also proclaimed the ''Act Amending the Identity Documents Act and the Digital Signature Act'' and the ''Waste Act Amendment Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on June 12, and the ''Act Amending the Code of Administrative Offences'', passed in the Riigikogu on June 14.
