Urmas Reinsalu, the Director of the Office of the President of the Republic of Estonia, and Tiiu Valm, the Director of Estonian National Library, signed an agreement for establishing a subsidiary branch of the National Library to the Office of the President. The library of the President's Office will become a subsidiary of the National Library in August.
