President Lennart Meri signed the resolution to proclaim the ''Penal Code'' and the ''Obligation to Leave and Prohibition on Entry Act Amendment Act'', as well as the ''Act Amending the Status of Judges Act Relating to Performing Security Checks, the Bank of Estonia Act, the Surveillance Act, the Service in the Defence Forces Act and the Legal Chancellor Act'', the ''Administrative Proceedings Act'', and the ''Act Amending the Code of Administrative Court Procedure'', passed in the Riigikogu on June 6, and the ''Act Amending the Code of Administrative Offences'' and the ''Act Amending the Anti-corruption Act and the Criminal Code'' passed in the Riigikogu on June 7, in Kadriorg today.

The President of the Republic also proclaimed the ''Act Amending the Government of the Republic Act and the and the Bank of Estonia Act'', and the ''Industry Insurance Act'', and the ''Taxation Act Amendment Act'', and the ''Accession to the International Convention on Salvage 1989 Act'', passed in the Riigikogu on June 13.
