and the Agreement between the Government of the Republic of Estonia, the Government of the Republic of Latvia and the Government of the Republic of Lithuania Concerning the Establishment of the Baltic Naval Squadron Ratification Act, passed in the Riigikogu on November 11, 1998;

and the Public Libraries Act passed in the Riigikogu on November 12, 1998;

and the Republic of Estonia Principles of Ownership Reform Act Amendment Act and the Land Reform Act and the Legislation Relating to Land Reform Amendment Act Amendment Act, passed in the Riigikogu on November 16, 1998;

and the Amendment Act of Section 9 of the Income Tax Act, passed in the Riigikogu on November 17, 1998;

and the Alcohol Excise Duty Amendment Act, the State Fees Act Amendment Act and the Agreement between the Governments of the Kingdom of Denmark, the Republic of Estonia, the Federal Republic of Germany, the Republic of Latvia, the Republic of Lithuania, the Republic of Poland, the Russian Federation and the Kingdom of Sweden on the Privileges and Immunities of the Baltic Marine Environment Protection Commission Ratification Act passed in the Riigikogu on November 18, 1998;

and Amendment Act of Section 20 of the Value Added Tax Act, passed in the Riigikogu on November 19, 1998, in Kadriorg today.
