Today, on October 14, in accordance with Section 78, Clause 10 and Section 90 of the Constitution of the Republic of Estonia, the President of the Republic signed the resolution to discharge Toomas Hendrik Ilves from the membership of the Government of the Republic of Estonia and the office the Minister of Foreign Affairs, and to appoint Raul Mälk the member of the Government of the Republic of Estonia, the Minister of Foreign Affairs.
