On July 8, 1998, President Lennart Meri promulgated the Accession to Protocol Relating to the Madrid Agreement Concerning the International Registration of Marks Act and the Patents Act Amendment Act passed in the Riigikogu on June 16, 1998; the Feeds Act, Technical Supervision Act and Vocational Educational Institutions Act passed in the Riigikogu on June 17, 1998; the Bank of Estonia Act Amendment Act and State Fees Act Amendment Act passed in the Riigikogu on June 18, 1998; and the Ratification of the Guarantee Contract between the Republic of Estonia and the Nordic Investment Bank Act and the State Pension Insurance Act passed in the Riigikogu on June 26, 1998.
