Today President Lennart Meri promulgated the Seed and Plant Propagation Material Act, the Population and Housing Census Act and the Code of Criminal Procedure, Criminal Code, Code of Administrative Offences, Police Act, Code of Criminal Court Appeal and Cassation Procedure, Code of Enforcement Procedure, Surveillance Act and Section 21 of Customs Act Amendment Act passed in Riigikogu on May 13.
Today President promulgated also the Police Service Act passed in Riigikogu on May 14 and the Amendment Act of Section 18 of the Principles of Ownership Reform Act and the Code of Administrative Offences and Criminal Code Amendment Act passed in Riigikogu on May 19.
