President of the Republic proposed to appoint Mart Sõrg the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the National Bank of Estonia
11.06.1998Today at 11.00 President Lennart Meri signed a letter to Toomas Savi, Speaker of Riigikogu, where he in accordance with Clause 11 of Section 78 of the Constitution of the Republic of Estonia and Subsection 1 of Section 7 of the National Bank of Estonia Act proposes to Riigikogu to appoint Mart Sõrg the Chairman of the Supervisory Board of the National Bank of Estonia.
