President Lennart Meri signed a decision on May 28 to appoint Priit Pallum Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Estonia, the Permanent Representative at the Permanent Representation of the Republic of Estonia at the United Nations Organization Headquarters and other international organizations in Geneva.
