President Lennart Meri signed a decision today to recall Toomas Tiivel, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Estonia to the Republic of Latvia, and appointed Juhan Haravee Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Republic of Estonia to the Republic of Latvia.
