President Lennart Meri signed the resolution to proclaim the "Act Amending the Republic of Estonia Education Act, Main Schools and Secondary Schools Act, Private Schools Act and Pre-School Child Care Institutions Act", passed in the Riigikogu on August 29, in Kadriorg today.
